Document Description
Update to the Damien High School Master Plan, divided into three phases. At full buildout (10-yr period), the Master Plan Update proposes demolition of the existing 5,972-square foot (sf) cafeteria facility, construction of four new buildings totaling approximately 73,100 sf of new building area, as well as several alterations to select hardscaped areas/parking lots (net increase of 67,128 sf). Upon build out, the campus would have a net increase of 5 parking spaces, totaling 420 spaces. The Master Plan Update is based on the need to fulfill a current demand for additional academic space and services, as the school is not projecting an increase in students or faculty in the Master Plan.
