Document Description
The approximately 24.1-acre Project consists of grading wetland habitat to create a building pad for a future commercial building and associated parking lots. The Project requires permanently placing clean soil into wetland habitat to grade the site in preparation for the future commercial construction of Building 2 and associated parking lots. Project activities will occur during naturally dry conditions. No dewatering will occur within the Project area. No wet concrete will be placed into wetland habitat.
