Document Description
The project consists of the construction and long-term periodic maintenance of a new off-channel debris basin on San Ysidro Creek. An EIR was prepared and Notice of Determination filed on August 19, 2020. An Addendum was prepared which amends the EIR, describing a minor change in the project perimeter which reduces the area of impact along the east side of San Ysidro Creek, and a potential 2-phase construction period. The analysis in the Addendum does not change any of the impact determinations or mitigation in as previously described in the EIR.
