Church of God in Christ, Mennonite has applied for a CUP for a 3 phase project. Phase 1 includes the construction of an 18,000 sf church as well as parking, a driveway and a storage building. Phase 2 is for the development of a 10,000 sf cemetery and phase 3 is for the construction of a 15,000 sf private school, teacher housing and a play yard.
