The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0036-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the County of Merced. The Project includes routine, reoccurring maintenance activities to maintain channel flood capacity and water conveyance, prevent accelerated erosion, remove obstructions to flow, prevent damage or deterioration of existing, proposed, and future bridge and culvert structures throughout Merced County.
