Document Description
Approval of 46,080 sf of mixed light commercial cannabis cultivation via Use Permit 18-35 and IS 18-43. The applicant proposes using 20 greenhouses. Water will be taken from an existing on-site well; septic will use an existing on-site septic system. Estimated annual water usage is 718,000 gallons. The hours of operation would be daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. There will be 4 employees working at any given time. Minimal grading is required for this project. Cole Creek (perineal stream) runs through the site and has some mapped sensitive plants within it; the proposed cultivation area will occur more than 100 ft from this resource area. Most of the site is outside the 500 year flood plain, excluding the creek and the northwestern portion of the site which is in the AO flood plain.
