Document Description
A request by Sprint for a Conditional Use Permit (DRC2018-00114) to allow for a new cell site with a 12' x 20' concrete slab and lease area, 8' tall chain link fence surrounding the lease area, six 20' antenna support poles, 6 panel antennas 12 Remote Radio Units, and associated equipment cabinets. The project will result in the disturbance of approx 700 sf on a 17.2 acre parcel. The proposed project is within the agriculture and rural lands land use categories and is located at 5488 Ontario Rd, approx 1.09 miles south of the City of San Luis Obispo, south of the community of San Luis Obispo. The site is in the San Luis Obispo (North) sub area of the San Luis Obispo planning area.
