Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0504-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mendocino County Department of Transportation, represented by Kent Standley. The project is limited to three encroachments. The Hibbard Road encroachment replaces an undersized and failing culvert with a 24-inch by 18-inch corrugated metal arched pipe. The Elkhorn Road milepost 2.52 encroachment replaces an undersized and damaged culvert with a 30-inch diameter or larger corrugated metal pipe (CMP). The milepost 2.52 encroachment replaces an undersized and damaged culvert with a 24-inch diameter or larger CMP. All culverts will be sized to pass a 100-year flood event and will be aligned and placed to current standards.
