Document Description
Upgrade the structures within the Natural Resources work area at Marina State Beach to create a safer and more efficient space. Work will: - complete interior upgrades to the main building to create a tool storage room and workshop;demolish the existing dilapidated carport; pour a light-weight concrete topping slab over the existing slab and construct a new 24' X 30' carport; remove approximately 60' of dilapidated fencing; excavate approximately 5 yards of sandy soil to level the area; and install approximately 90' of 6' high redwood fencing.
