Document Description
Narinder Singh proposes various improvements to an existing gas station along the eastbound lane of SR 36 in Tehama County from post mile to 42.69 to 42.71. Work within the right of way would include replacing the existing 35-foot-long driveway closest to Wiltsey Road with Caltrans standard 6-inch vertical curb and gutter asphalt driveway, constructing a 4 foot wide driveway apron at the other existing entrance, constructing 108 feet of new 5-foot wide sidewalk, adjusting an existing cable box and water meter to grade and relocating an existing pole sign to a new location outside of the ROW. Excavation depths for work within the ROW would be approximately 14 inches. Caltrans will issue an encroachment permit (02-19-6-RC-068) to allow the proposed improvements to occur within the ROW.
