Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and
Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0316-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Jeff and Donna Smith.
The project is limited to excavation and grading of approximately 80 linear feet of channel to remove two existing culvert pipes and replace them with one new culvert pipe to facilitate the construction of a driveway crossing the stream. The existing pipes are approximately 16 and 19 feet long, respectively. The replacement pipe will be approximately 75 to 80 feet long, 15 inches in diameter, and made of corrugated steel or plastic. No trees will be removed.
