On February 2, 2019, heavy rains over the Santa Ynez Mountains in Santa Barbara County caused mud, rock and vegetation to flow down Devaul Creek, plugging culvert. Work to reopen the route includes pumping down water access the debris, removing the debris material to reopen close route.
