- The applicant is seeking approval of a Conditional Use Permit for a cannabis distribution use to be located within an existing 4,141-square-foot industrial building, located on a 0.3-care parcel zoned Limited Urban Industrial (M1). The site is located at 264 E. Todd Road in unincorporated Santa Rosa. Of the total square footage of the building, 3,500 square feet will be dedicated to cannabis distribution activities and the remaining 641 square feet will be used for associated office space, meeting rooms, break room, and restrooms. Operations will be from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm seven days a week, with delivery and shipping activities limited to between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
