Document Description
The proposed project is an indoor cannabis operation including 2,500 square feet of indoor cannabis manufacturing within an existing 14,400 square foot industrial building on a 0.97-acre parcel in an industrial area of Santa Rosa. Indoor manufacturing operations will occur 24-hours per day, as needed. Deliveries and shipping/distribution operations will be lilmited to the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. The operation will have a maximum of 4 employees. All other development will consist of minor tenant improvements inside the existing structure.
