The Project consists of a Conditional use Permit to establish an Outdoor Events Center with amplified music between the hours of 10:00am to 10:00pm., which will normally accommodate up to 240 attendees for typical outdoor events at the existing Sheldon Inn commercial establishment. In addition, the venue can have up to 350 attendees for special outdoor events no more than five times a year and only on weekends. The project includes the recordation of an irrevocable offer of dedication (IOD) for future right of way to accommodate the Capital SouthEast Connector Joint Powers Authority Project.
