Document Description
The proposed project will convert existing 504 s.f. storage to an office to act as a security operation center for private monitoring of security issues. The scope includes appropriate electrical circuit installation such as a dedicated 20-amp circuit and duplex receptacles with surge protection devices to that circuit 60" above the floor, necessary wiring and electrical components, and connections to base feeds from the panel to the floor activation site. The project will also mount three 80" monitor screens on the wall as well as carpet installation.
