Document Description
the proposed project involves tenant improvements of existing office, portions on the 5th and 6th floor totaling 6,073 s.f. The OAH-Los Angeles office in the Junipero Serra Building has experienced a substantial increase in hearings and has therefore hired a new support staff and new administrative law judge positions. The agency is currently working well beyond maximum capacity and has been working with RESD-PMDB to identify solutions for expanding the OAH office space in order to provide proper workstations for the new support staff.
