Caltrans proposes to cold plane 0.20-feet of the northbound Mission Bay Drive onramp to I-5, and replace and fill 0.20-feet of rubberized hot mix asphalt-gap graded (RHMA-G). The existing asphalt concrete (AC) has severe cracking and degradation, and this proposed project will extend the life of the pavement.
