Emergency permanent restoration to return the facility to a state of good repair, add resiliency and prevent future dmaage or highway failure. The existing concrete sack wall and embankment have eroded resulting in a loss of lateral support, roadway subsidence, and cracking. Recent weather has accelerated wall degradation.
