The purpose of the Modification is apply operation standards applicable to brewpubs, in conformance with the City's Alcohol Ordinance. The project involves combining two existing tenant spaces into one and providing a designated outside patio area. The project does not involve increasing in the size of any buildings in the existing shopping center.
