Document Description
The proposed project will include the design and construction of a new 2,160 sf building replacing existing modular building. New walkways, fencing, accessible parking, manhole & storm water drain inlets, and renovation of the landscape surrounding the building will be installed. The proposed project also consists of a large game room, video viewing area, concession snack bar, bathrooms, storage, refrigerator & freezers, data equipment cabinet, and a patio area with a barbeque. The new building renovation will allow for system upgrades for more efficiency.

The proposed project involves the replacement or reconstruction of existing structures and facilities where the new structure will be located on the same site as the structure replaced, involving negligible or no expansion of the facility. The proposed project may also fall under 15303 in that this consists of construction and location of limited numbers of new, small facilities or structures; installation of small new equipment and facilities in small structures; and the conversion of existing small structures from one use to another where only minor modifications are made in the exterior of the structure. The numbers of structures described in this section are the maximum allowable on any legal parcel.
