Document Description
The pavement in this area was originally placed in September 2017 and met specifications. Shortly after that is began bleed in the number 3 lane and recently has begun to delaminate after a series of winter storms. The scope of the work will include removing and replacing 0.1-feet of failed rubberized hot mix asphalt pavement, edge line striping and traffic control. This project is needed to prevent a possible lane closure that could occur if the situation continies to worsen.
