The District is unddertaking the funding for a project demonstration in coordination with Frito Lay. The project demonstration involves, a compressed natural gas fueling facility, electrical upgrades, installation of energy storage, solar panels and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. The project will be installed on Frito Lay's existing site and will involve minor trenching activities to install the infrastructure to support the project. This project may be funded through a California Air Resources Board grant.
