The project is minor amendments to existing regulation intended to: allow multiple landowners to join together to submit a single Working Forest Management Plan, reduce the maximum number of acres within a single WFMP to 10,000, require the harvest area to be within a single defined hydrologic area, and revise the requirement for the WFMP to include provisions, including and ECIP, to address significant sediment discharge to watercourses by replacing these with the requirement to comply with other portions of existing regulations, including clarifying the related erosions control mitigation measure required in the Work Forest Harvest Notice.
