- The applicant proposes to abandon upgrade storm drain pipes with a new system. The new storm drain system will be split in two systems. Each of these two new systems are proposed to be collected by another new system that replaces an old system that discharge down an existing steep slope into an existing channel. The new system will include a curb inlet, cleanout, and headwall as well as the installation of a 1/2 ton of riprap. A portions of the riprap will be installed with concrete grout. The steep slope will be graded and the old system will be removed resulting in permanent impacts of 0.002 acres and temporary impacts of 0.0007 acres to non-wetland waters of the US.
