Variance to reduce the front setback requirement of 50 feet from the property line in order to allow for the retention of an existing "as-built" 180 square foot residential accessory structure (i.e. firewood shed) to remain in its current location approximately 15 feet from the front (North) property line.
The project is categorically exempt from environmental review pursuant to the provisions of Section 15303 of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines and Section 18.36.050 of the Placer County Environmental Review Ordinance (Class 3- New Construction or conversion of small structures).
