Document Description
The California department of toxic Substances Control (DTSC), approved the Proposed Plan for the Naval Base San Diego Installation Restoration Program Site 2 (RP Site 2 Plan), dated May 2018. The IRP Site 2 Plan recommended institutional controls to address lead and trimethylbenzene remaining in soil following the interim removal actions previously conducted. DTSC approved the proposed Plan pursuant to regulatory authority granted under the Comprehensive Environmental response, Compensation, and Liability Act. NOTE: See NOE for full details.
