Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0513-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Earl Roberts.
The project is limited to two encroachments. One proposed encroachment is to upgrade undersized culvert. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of the culverts, replacement with new culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. The second encroachment will remove an onstream impoundment structure capturing a Class II stream and a spring. work for this project will include removal of the impoundment, and installation of a culvert of rocked channel to convey the impounded water to the natural stream channel.
