Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0760-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Michael Buff and Ms. Catherine Buff. The project is limited to five encroachments. One encroachment is for water diverfrom from a large pond. Water is diverted for irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The four other proposed encroachments are to decommission or upgrade road/stream crossings. Three road/stream crossings will be decommissioned, and one crossing will be replaced. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the existing culverts, replacement with new bridge or culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
