Document Description
Since the approval of Plot Plan 16-07 and Plot Plan 16-07, Amendment 1, the applicant has proposed minor changes to the previously approved project. The minor changes include 1) the removal of 249 existing auto parking stalls along the west side of the building; 2) the demollition of the exisitng landscape islands within this parking area; 3) sawcut an additional 32 new dock doors along the west building elevation; 4) the extension of the 12-foot high Meridian theme wall 476 feet west along Krameria Avenbue and add a rolling gate at the middle driveway.
