Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0244-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Kyle Frankland. The project is limited to the removal and replacement of an existing dock of the same size. The existing footings and the dock will be removed. Eight footings will be poured by hand into 12 inch deep holes with 24 x 24 square inch metal brackets. The redwood deck will be 8 ft wide and 60 to 80 ft long. The L-shaped portion of the dock will be 15 ft x 16 ft long. Work is proposed to be completed from October 1 to November 15, when the lake levels are at their lowest, and no work will be completed in the water.
