Document Description
Modernization and operation of the Dixon Middle School. The site of the project is the former Old Dixon High School campus site located at 455 East A Street, Dixon, CA 95620. During its operation, the Old Dixon high School served approximately 1,300 students. It is anticipated that the Dixon Middle School will serve approximately 700 to 900 students, substantially less than the old Dixon high school served. The Property is currently being used as the districts central kitchen facility and as the City of Dixon teen center. The Property, including the multi-purpose room and the gym facilities, are also used by other outside groups on a regular basis. Note: See NOE for full details.

The proposed project is not subject to any of the exceptions to exemption set forth in CEQA Guidelines Section 15300.2.
