Document Description
The Water Efficiency project proposes improvement to the City's Water Treatment Plant located on Stenner Creek Road. This includes installation of a hydrogenation facility on the existing 12-inch Nacimiento water pipeline, installation of back-up generator at the transfer pump station, upgrade to the existing ozone system, installation of ground-mounted and canopy-mounted photovoltaic arrays, indoor and exterior lighting, various HVAC improvements, upgrades to the plant service water system, filter backwash tank filling improvements, and SCADA system and controls upgrades. The project also includes installation of equipment (variable frequency drives and altitude valve) at the City's existing Ferrini Pump Station and at Whale Rock Reservoir.
