Document Description
The purpose of the Project is for Shafter-Wasco Irrigation District (SWID) and Semitropic Water Storage District (District) to enter into an agreement for transfer of up to 3,000 acre-feet of Central Valley Project (CVP) water available to SWID that can be delivered to the District at its California Aqueduct turnouts or to the Kern Water Bank on behalf of the District, including San Joaquin River Restoration Program (SJRRP) Recaptured/Recirculated Friant CVP water available for delivery from south-of-Delta facilities via the California Aqueduct.
