Pursuant to section 15304(f) of the State CEQA Guidelines, the project involves fuel management activities to reduce the volume of flammable vegetation. specifically, the project would remove all vegetation less than 6 inches in diameter, limb trees, and remove dead or dying trees within 30 feet of the edge of the road. root balls will be left to reduce erosion potential and no chipping will occur within 15 feet of a watercourse
