Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry permit (ROE) to AT&T and its contractor, Leo Tidwekk Excavating Company and any other authorized contractors to install an underground fiber optic cable and remove overhead utility poles within Hearst Sab Simeon State Park. AT&T, Leo Tidwell Excavation Company, and ant other authorized contractors will notify State Parks at least forty eight hours before work commences. All work conducted pursuant to this ROE shall comply with all sate and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to SEQA, NEPA, and Endangered Species Act.
