Document Description
This project will plan and perform strategic fuels reduction of roadside vegetation for public safety on all roads within and outside of the Sierra Springs community/HOA. Many of the roads targeted for the roadside fuel hazard reduction program serve as primary evacuation routes in the event of a wildfire. These efforts by various contractors include removing trees up to ten inches in diameter and cutting back and trimming vegetation within these County rights of way to reduce the potential for wildfire in the area to allow for safer ingress and egress.
