Remove and replace deteriorated existing asphalt, overlay asphalt, apply slurry seal coat and resripe pavement markings (ADA parking, standard parking stalls, stall numbers, directional arrows and stop limit lines). No ground disturbance only removal and replacement of previously installed asphalt.
Measures to be implemented to avoid significant impact may be obtained by submitting a request to the project Environmental Coordinator listed below.

The action falls under the Department List of Exempt activities according to CEQA Section 15300.4 as outlined in the Dept of Operations Manual, Chapter 0600: class 1, section 15301: existing facilities.
