Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project includes repair, rehabilitation, maintenance and minor alterations to an existing wastewater treatment facility and collection system including the restoration of manholes, installation of upgraded sewer lines, pipe repair, lift station rehabilitation, pump system rehabilitation, headworks rehabilitation, replacement of clean digesters, replacement of the belt filter presses and conveyor, plant motor central panel replacement, upgrades to electrical, installation of odor control devices, site security improvements, and storm water site improvements.
