The proposed City-initiated amendments to Title 23 of the EGMC (Zoning Code) would: (1) change te permit type to allow outdoor amplified sound associated with outdoor dining throguh approval of a project-related Conditional Use Permit (CUP) or a standalone Minor Conditional Use Permit (MUP) rather than Minor Design Review; and (2) remove the requirement for the City to hold onto seized marijuana plants for not less than 15 days following seizure.
