Document Description
Caltrans proposes a highway maintenance project on SR 26 at PM 1.5 and 2.21, on SR 49 at PM 6.23 and on SR 88 at PM 12.05, 13.35 and 15.59. All culvert work will include open trenching. There will be no change to the existing headwall or fill, except for clearing and grubbing. All work would be performed when the culverts are dry. All construction will take place within existing Caltrans ROW. The purpose of this project is to maintain the integrity of SR 26, 49 and 88. The project is needed b/c the culverts are corroding and will fail if they are not maintained.
