Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0563-R1, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Mark Peruzzaro. The project is limited to six encroachments to remediate impacts from unpermitted cannabis cultivation activities. Three encroachments are to remove water diversion infrastructure from unnamed tributaries to the Mad River. Work for these projects will include removal of all associated water diversion infrastructure. The three other proposed encroachments are to improve culverts at road/stream crossings. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the existing culverts, replacement with new culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.

There would be no significant adverse impact on endangered, rare or threatened species or their habitat pursuant to section 15065. There are no hazardous materials at or around the project site that may be disturbed or removed. The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other current projects, and the effects of probable future projects.
