Document Description
A Right of Entry permit will be issued to the City of Del Mar (City) in order to replace an existing 30" corrugated metal pipe (CMP) storm drain that is failing and to rebuild the outfall. The pipe drains an area north of Carmel Valley Road and outfalls in Torrey Pines State Park (Park) on the south side of the road. An easement will be prepared for the project on park property. Measures to be implemented to avoid impact may be obtained by submitting a request to the project Environmental Coordinator listed below.
