McKay Slip Out
NOE - Notice of Exemption
The wash out eliminated about 25-linear feet of the Waterfall Overlook Trail located on the downslope of the washout area. The purpose of the project is to prevent a potential loss of the southbound lane. The project will restore slopes, remove slide material and restore drainage, roadway and state trail facilities.
Location Specific: Near the Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park on SR 1 at PM 35.85, on the downslope side of the southbound land and shoulder.

The project will not have a significant effect on the environment, does not damage a scenic or historical resource, and will not be a significant cumulative effect.
