If any nonexempt BMPs are included, then additional CEQA documents will be developed.

Reasons for Exemption
All implementation will occur an existing strawberry ranches without expansion of land uses (Class 1). Sites are on private property, and will not have a negative impact on endangered/threatened species habitat. CEQA exempt activities may include minor improvements to existing structures and minor alterations on existing Ag land to include more water quality and efficiency infrastructure and practices (Class 4).
