Addition of photovoltaic systems to supply campus power and are all accessory to existing institutional facilities consisting of public community colleges. Ventura College Project is located in existing lots, all on the same parcel. The equipment pads do not occupy more than 500 square feet and there are no protected plant species. No disqualifying permits required. Trees to be removed are non-native. See attached Resolution.
