The overall project is associated with mass grading to accommodate the construction of 326 single family homes, 99 multi-family units, and a community clubhouse on 40.4 acres of developed area, with an additional 8.9 acres of open space, and 6.3 acres of parks. The project activities covered by the Agreement are limited to the construction of a road crossing and associated culverts, construction of a pedestrian trail crossing, construction of two (2) water quality basins and associated outfalls, and mass grading/fill of aquatic habitat features.
