Document Description
he proposed project activities consist of excavation and off-site disposal of approximately 4,575 cubic yards of soil contaminated with arsenic and lead to an appropriate offsite licensed disposal facility. The approximate upper three feet of soil would be excavated from the two impacted areas at Operable Unit D, temporarily stockpiled, and transported offsite for disposal. Project activities would be accomplished through approval and implementation of a Removal Action Workplan for lead- and arsenic-impacted soils at the Sierra College Surplus East site.
