Conversion to vineyard of approximately 18.82-acres (±17.45 net acres) of gently to moderately sloping Chamise Chaparral, Interior Live Oak Chaparral, and Non-native Grassland/Disturbed Chaparral (slopes typically 5% to 20%, average slope ±8.6%), and the ongoing maintenance of erosion control measures associated with approximately 9.79 acres of existing vineyard (±8.68 net planted acres) developed without the benefit of an approved Agricultural Erosion Control Plan (ECPA), for a total project area of approximately 28.61 acres (±26.13 net planted acres). The project applicant has prepared an ECPA as required by Napa County Code (Chapter 18.108, "Conservation Regulations).
