The project includes maintenance of erosion control measures associated with development of +/-18.82 acres of new vineyard (+/-17.45 net vine acres), including the maintenance of erosion control measures associated with of +/-9.79 of existing vineyard (+/-8.68 net acres) developed without an approved ECPA, for a total project area of +/-28.61 acres (+/-26.13 net planted acres). The site plan designates development on topography that ranges from moderately to steeply sloping lands (typical slopes from 5% to 20%: average 8.6%), at elevations between approx 1,270 and 1,400 ft above mean sea level.
